Listen to little birdie's stationI saw this one also last weekend, at the Ekolsund Arboretum and have no any clue what is this. There were many of them, just coming out of the ground, the biggest one was the size of a child's fist.
Anybody knows what is this?

It is a mistery for me too. I really do not know what it is. It seems like something exotic...
Maybe I am wrong but the more I am looking at this picture the more I am thinking about something. What it is the pieces black/brown ? They look like the rests of a bananatree and the big thing should be the end of bananabunch that opens in flower but only in the tropics. What do you think ?
Well, mystery... surely not banana tree in Sweden... :-) I don't know the flora here in Scandinavia, there are things here we don't find in Hungary.
